Charter Equipment Details | Leopard4sale

This is a fully optioned, regularly refitted, meticulously operated, and preventatively maintained, Blue-Water ready Catamaran. Currently moored in Anacortes, Washington, this yacht is fully equipped for chartering or long-term liveaboard ocean cruising. It boasts an extensive safety and spares inventory, a diesel heater, an electric flush toilet, a custom spinnaker, a solar array, and much more.  Expertly marketed by the crew at Anacortes Yacht Charters.  She is a demonstrably strong performer all summer long.  Check out AYC website posting at Gail Lee - Anacortes Yacht Charters

Exterior Readiness

The vessel is ideally suited for summer charters and off-season adventures.  All lines are new, fenders are in good shape, and the sail bag is new.  While the A/B dinghy is older, it performs well with its newer Honda 9HP engine.  The Raptor decking installed in the aft section of the vessel keeps bare feet warmer and provides greater grip while underway.  The trampoline is in decent shape.  The gel coat has a few dings here and there.  Nothing out of the ordinary.  The davit is connected to a powerful winch that has been regularly maintained.

The vessel carries a 45# Delta galvanized plow anchor at its bow resting in an anchor roller.  It is connected with a stainless steel swivel shackle to a 3/8" galvanized anchor chain.  A 16KG galvanized Brittany secondary anchor is kept in the port locker beside the primary anchor.  The 1000W Maxwell windlass was newly installed for this passed season.

The vessel has a newer forestay/jib roller, diamond stays, mid-mast spreaders, and after-leading shrouds.  All rigging is stainless wire and tensioned with stainless turnbuckles.  Chainplates are externally mounted rather passing through the deck.  The sails are made by Quantum Sails, including a roller-furling jib and the fully battened Marconi mains'l.  A new jib with grey sunbrella UV protection is included in the sale.  Along with a very rarely used asymmetrical spinnaker.  Charter does not allow the use of asymmetrical sails, and the offseason winds are typically strong enough to eliminate the need for a spinnaker.

Tankage:

Diesel: Two aluminum tanks under aft berths, 92 gallons total.

Freshwater: 262 gallons total in three rotomolded plastic tanks.  Located in hatches on the foredeck.

Holding Tank: Two aluminum 13-gallon tanks in heads.

Hot water: Two 6-gallon stainless steel tanks under aft berths.  Heated by engine heat exchanges or 110V AC element.

Propane: Two 10-LB tanks in a dedicated locked in the aft deck.

Interior Readiness

Ready to set sail at a moment’s notice, this vessel boasts a Force 10 two-burner propane stove and oven in a compact yet efficient galley—perfect for prepping meals for a larger crew. The stowage compartments are secure, even in rough seas. The galley’s original Vitrifrigo DT Series drawer-style fridge and freezer might benefit from an upgrade this offseason. The settee has been recently reupholstered, and the tabletop remains in excellent condition.

Fully equipped for chartering, this yacht comes with all necessary items to meet the Anacortes Yacht Charters’ requirements next season. Bedding and mattresses, including comforters, blankets, pillowcase protectors, and pillowcases, are all provided. Bring your own sheets during owner cruise time.  Sheets are provided in the charter bundle from AYC.  A separate mattress for owner use during the offseason is also included. All mattresses are set on boat mattress underlay ventilation mats. Additionally, the boat features two portable plug-in heaters and one portable air dryer with fan and dehumidifier.

Heating and cooling are well-covered with a Cruisair Stowaway Turbo Series STQ16-HV heater/air conditioner for shore power use, and a Wallace 30GB diesel heater for ample cabin heat while underway, with extra hoses to extend heating to the port hull included in the sale.

Entertainment is ensured with an indoor/outdoor stereo system powered by a Sony CDX-HS70MS marine radio with a USB connector for input (note: no Bluetooth control).

This vessel is ready for new adventures and comes fully prepared to meet all your cruising and chartering needs.

Mechanical Readiness

All systems aboard are in working order and potential buyers will be able to assess them by scheduling a 2-hour checkout, along with a vessel survey once a contract of sale is signed, and a refundable earnest money deposit is received.  The vessel is sold as-is and no warranty is included in the sale.  From front to back: A new jib furler was installed in 2022 and rigging tuned at that time.  The Windlass is new as of this 2024 season.  The mast winch is in good condition.   The helm station includes navigation instruments, the two morse-style sheathed throttle controls, and two winches are in good condition.  The engines were hauled out and refitted fully in 2021.  Both alternators are new this season.  Water pumps were recently refitted with new bearings and impellers.  The heads have had their discharge hoses replaced this season to eliminate the unavoidable calcification and narrowing of the hose.  The manual pump on the port side head is new this season.    Both sail drive seals were changed in 2022.  All lines are in good conditions.  The onboard ops manual is provided below.
